Hi Karen:

Winnie runs up to Karen and gives her (((((GREAT BIG BEAR HUGS GRRRR)))))) Winnie *Giggles non stop* I will be making the following things for Christmas Dinner:

Turkey (23 pounds)

Mashed Potatoes

Dressing (Stuffing)

Gravy

Salad with choice of toppings and dressings on the side

Fresh Fruit Tray

Fresh Veggie Tray with dip

Pickle Tray with assorted pickles,olives,etc...

Meat and Cheese tray along with assorted crackers

Cranberry stuff that is nasty,but I still offer it!! *Giggles*

Apple Pie

Cherry Pie

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sugar cookies with frosting and decorations

Assorted Beverages (Pepsi,Mountain Dew,Root Beer,Diet Pepsi,etc...)

Hot chocolate,Tea sweetened or unsweetened

I think that is about it,so if anybody comes to my house to eat,they had better be wearing pants with an elastic waist!!

Oh and I forgot the buttermilk biscuits with butter,assorted jellies,honey or whatever you like on them,plain biscuits is fine too!! Winnie ;-)

I'm eating traditional Finnish food!
rutabaga casserole
carrot casserole
potato casserole
ham
apple ketchup (apple sauce)
potatoes
rossoli (diced: cooked carrot, pickles, picked beets, onion & egg, each in their own separate container so you can choose which you want) topped with pink sauce (whipped whipping cream with a touch of beat juice)
mushroom salad
waldorf salad
caviar (DH's mom)
picked fishes (yuck)

and I can't remember what else for dinner

Desserts:
tons of chocolates, nuts, mandarines, cookies (gingerbread, sugar cookie, choco-chip, etc) sweet bread and christmas stars

Im going over to a friends place on christmas eve- Im making use of her electric oven and cooking pizza and garlic bread for dinner, yay!!


For christmas day we will be dining on-


salad


chocolate


crackers


candy


ham.


vodka, and champagne too!!(no not mixed!)


On boxing Day Im going up to my dad and step mothers place for lunch, will be eating similar sorta stuff!
