It's a cute kitchen. Actually I don't think the color is all that bad. At least it is cheerful. :) I'll have to take some pictures of my kitchen and post them, it is the entire reason we bought this house! I have a ton of counter space when they are not piled high with junk (drives my husband crazy! lol)

Great pictures and I love your cat! ;-)

Hi Hanna,

I really like your kitchen! it reminds me a lot of the different kitchens I had when I lived in apartments. Now I have my dream kitchen...it's so big and I have so much space I'm still not used to it.
Here is a link to the real estate listing before I bought the house. cl-cera on the budgeting board posted it for me. Keep in mind these are all the previous owner's furnishings. The kitchen and dining room are all one big room and I have 4 windows and a door too!
Thinking of doing a remodel in the next year or so. I'm not crazy about all the wood. I will probably paint all the cupboards a very dark brown like semi-sweet chocolate or espresso coffee beans and change all the hardware to brushed nickel. Then I will get a new stainless steel counter top with the sink welded right into it!!
I think BF wants a piece of quartz for the island top. and we'll be getting cork floors.
New stainless fridge and stove and we're cookin'!LOL!
And...many thousands of $$$ later!!

hej hanna......i love your collection of cookie cutters...i have a lot of them also... but i have started buying them and giving them to my granddaughter, Deanie, who cant use them yet because she is only 9 months old, but she will have quite a collection when she gets older.... How long did it take you to get the ones you have so far...? and did people buy them for you?...Diane
