Help! BF and I now have 3 full bottles of Bailey's Irish Cream and we don't know what to do with it.
Rather than have to "re-gift" all of the bottles I would like to maybe try something with them.
The only thing that come to mind is hot chocolate with Bailey's in it!LOL!

Any ideas? any cheesecake recipes out there?

Thanks!! You are the best!!
I knew you would have some recipes for me...I told BF not to worry, that you would have some good ones for sure.
He likes the recipe for cookies, so I'll try that first.

You can buy Chocolate mousse mix and mix it with Bailey*s, it is insanely yummy .

You can also buy either vanilla or chocolate Ice cream and pour Bailey's over it or you could go a snap future and do a chocolate milkshake with Bailey's in it.

Hi Nat!
I have an awesome Bailys & Daim (Skor?) pie-thingy that is just to die for!

I had it once, asked the guy for the recipe and sat on the recipe for like 2 years before I attempted to make it thinking it was really hard. How stupid was that?! It was so easy and of course yummy! I've now made it two times..and not more just because of not wanting to eat it all myself. *blush*

I'll post you the recipe soon.

Hi,

Many years ago recall a friend of mine who made an angel food cake and before
service pierced it a few times on top with a skewer and then carefully poured Bailey
on top so to penetrate the cake. I never forgot the simplicity of this move and it
took a simple white cake to new heights.

Best, mj.
