And I already have a question ;). I am in the process of buying a new set of pots and pans. I am so tempted to save a little longer and go ahead and get the Calphalon One but at the same time I am wondering what people are really satisfied with. My question, I guess, is: What is your favorite line of pots and pans to use? Do you think it would be wise to hold out a little longer for the Calphalon One?

I bought my new set from QVC also. I love them!! Thhe price was right and they look great. Could have easily sent what I paid for the 12pc set on 1 little pan at a high end shop.

My husband and grandson call the UPS truck the QVC truck !!!
I'm from Ohio but, moved to Monroe, LA. 24 ago ! It's not that small but, this town is having it's problems. The GM plant closed before Christmas and we had State Farm which employed about 1500 that closed 1 1/2 yrs. ago and a bunch of small companys leave !!
And we have 3 major colleges around here Louisiana Tech, Gramblin, & Univ. of Louisiana at Monroe ! (which use to be called Northeast Univ.)
But love Louisiana !
Where ya from?

The ups guy usually comes with my Ebay stuff. We are from WI. Spend our winters in FL cuz hubby's employer does product testing down here. Where we come from, the population is about 30,000 a big employer pulled out and left 800 people without jobs. Ouch! Alot of homes went up for sale and we may end up relocating to FL. Not a good time to sell. I love my 1970s ranch style home tho. And it's not far from family.

My son married a girl from Madison ! He has lived up there fro 3 years ! Small world!! They just sold their house to move to Austin, Tx. which is alot closer to us.
It took a long time to sell their's and didn't make anything off of it. But they couldn't sit on 2 house payments. First lost the best lose ..............as they say.
My son didn't like the winters ! Use to the south !
Florida is great ! Have some friends in Tampa, and Orlando !

Thanks K-Roni, I love chitchatting with the girls. When my hubby tooks this new position with his company I work at the same place for 16 years. We were all friends, so I miss that. I look forward to getting to know peeps here!!

Dajuice...I hate the winters up there too. I have such dry skin I get great relief down here. I tell everyone down here snow is way overrated!!! We are in Ft Myers, it's alittle fast paced for me. Hubby's test area is in a small town about 20 mi from here. So if we would move, I would like to move to that area.

Our cable wasn't working this morning, dunno why. So I am trying to catch up and make supper. Hope u all have a great day, Jenini :)
