16 & expecting. Wanting to hear fro other young moms or expecting girls.

I'm 16 years old, and today my boyfriend and I found out that I'm pregnant. When I showed him the test he smiled. He's excited about the baby. But both of us are nervous of telling our parents. Any advice on how to tell the parents? My older sister and my mom were bother young-teen moms swell. In need of advice. Thanks

Congrats on the pregnancy! Enjoy being pregnant. I loved every minute of it.

I was also 16 when I got pregnant! I am now 17 and have a 4 month old baby.. My mom had me when she was 16 and I was crying all day before I told my mom because I thought the worst and did not want to tell her.... But I did and she was disappointed but she was supportive.. so just let her know it will be hard to say but she loves you no matter what(: and you may want to make a doctor appointment as soon as you can.. because if you have the RH factor you need to get a shot:/ I learned the hard way but it is nice to hear your babies heart beat and see your baby(:

Hi I'm brittany i got pregnant when I was 15 and I told my mom she was upset but she didn't hate me she took me to the healthdepartment to make sure I was preaganat the funny thing was I went the day it was my birthday so found out I really was pregnant on my 16 birthday.... the hardest part of it all was telling my dad cuz me and him was so close and I guess he still thought of me as his lil girl so when I told him he was more up set and didn't talk to me at that much for a while. But I think it was a lot to do with too cuz of the guy that got me pregnant he wasn't so great. But I went through my pregnancy with the support of my familyand after a had my lil boy my parents loved him and was glad. But needless to say me and my son dad didn't stay together that long after we had my lil boy. But my parents was always their for me and still is.. I'm 19 now and my son is fixiing to be 3 and I now have a 4 month old baby boy and my kids r my life. But I will give u some advice when your baby is born make sure ur emotionly ready for this cuz a baby changes everything. Ur baby will even change ur relationship with ur boyfriend. If u ever need to talk u can talk to me
