One Step Peach Cobbler


Melt 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter in a baking dish.

Strangly I missed this but I've grabbed it now. I can substitute Splenda to cut the sugar a bit but it will also be super handy when cooking for the family and not much time, whether I eat it or not, and being canned fruit means it is an emergency pantry recipe so will get used a LOT around here. Thanks heaps Roni.
