What are your recipe sources?

Hi everyone,
First of all, I'm totally new to iVillage and this is my very first discussion topic - so pls do forgive any mistakes I make along the way!
Anyway, I'm researching where people find meal recipes and food inspiration in general. I've found a couple of so-called 'market intelligence' reports - but I'd much rather hear it straight from the horse's mouth (I'm not calling anyone a horse btw!)...
I'm guessing mopst of us source recipes in roughly this order:
- Word of mouth i.e. family, friends, colleagues, community sites like iVillage
- Search engines
- Cookbooks
- TV shows
Does this tally with everyone? Are there any other sources I've overlooked?
Would really appreciate lots of replies...
Thanks v much for your help!

Hi no lurking. Puter crash several months ago and lost touch with the site until I was looking for new Holidya recipes and found you ladies again! Now I get on every other day or so and love all the stuff I find here.
Did you guys do the ornament swap on here this yr? I just didnt have any time to take notice or participate.
I didn't do the ornament swap, but we had a post card swap a few years ago and the holiday cards were FLYING!
I would love to do another post card swap, put me on the list again.
My primary recipe source is Cooking Light magazine.
What healthy choices do you make?
Sounds like we need to do it again!
