Oh! That's my sort of chocolate!!! I have been known to share with my DH at times.. although I don't think he fully appreciates how hard it is to make that dessert.

*giggle*

Im actually not bringing any chocolate with me at all.... since Im only allowed 20 kgs(44lbs) and 5 kgs(11lbs) for hand luggage. which is much, when Im going to be away for a year or 2! Im taking 2 tubes of vegemite, I cant live without that stuff!

I hope I can find some decent chocolate in england!

I'm sure you can find the chocolate you'll need on you journey, maybe even more choices then you expect.

Ummm Im not actually quite sure how to describe the taste of it! but its a savoury spread.. very salty, and just recently its been banned in the USA because of the folate in it! how crazy is that! Ive heard that they will confiscate it if you try to bring it into the country!

I like it on toast, or with cheese on a sandwich, or on crackers. The key is to spread it very thinly!! alot of people make the mistake of spearing it like peanut butter, Ewww lol

I see that across the bottom of the bottle it says Use on toast, in soups, stews and ??

Do you ever use it on anything else but toast, and do you think little kids would like it.

Yes, alot of aussie kids love it!

Yes, you can use it in cooking, Ive never tried it though. The only things I used it on are- bread and crackers. I really like vegemite cheese and lettuce sandwiches.

Its also really good for mouth ulcers!(I think you call them canker sores in the usa??) hurts like hell, but the salt kills all the germs!

Wow! I just did a search for vegemite recipes... so many ideas.
