I've got a birthday to celebrate this weekend for one turning 12. Cooking for 10 children and 6 adults will take 15 pounds of pork shoulder, two heads of cabbage, 24 burger bunns, and 6 bags of assorted chips along with two gallons of ice cream and a full sheet cake. This weekend ritual (birthday's are celebrated on weekends) marks the next to last major summer type all day cook-out for me. Just labor day to go through now.
