Time to smell the roses::::

Well, maybe not roses? More like vinegar, pickling spices, tomatos stewing, apple sauce/butter cooking down, Herbs drying out, and all those wonderful aroma's that come from storing up your garden or roadside vegetable stand vegetables, fall fruits and such. As you do so, make sure you label the items with the date you preserved/cooked them, list of ingredients, and make sure that your tomatos themselves or any liquid around them doesn't come to the top, and touch the metalic lids over them. Such reaction of the acids from tomatos and metals can be very harmful.
