  • Green with the pimento's in them
  • Black, with seeds
  • Black seedless
  • Green with seeds in them

Although I enjoy the black seedless ones, and yep...I drink the liquid too...LOL....I do use the green olives with pimentos in them for salads as well, most times, using both chopped up for their texture, flavor and colors.

Canned olives are ok, but what I really love are cured olives, especially calamata and those tiny black nicoise olives.
