Potato Chip Casserole

14 oz bag of potato chips

1 can tuna

1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup (Cream of celery is too salty)

1 pkg of frozen peas with pearl onions.

Spray casserole dish with pam.

In a pan on the stove, combine soup, tuna, and peas and pearl onions.

Layer potato chips and the soup mixture and put crushed chips, wheat germ or bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until it bubbles.

This is another recipe that "cream of something soup" would be good for.

And here's my low sodium tuna noodle casserole, which I made this weekend.

8 oz package medium wide noodles, cooked
1 can no salt added tuna, drained
1 can regular tuna, drained
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1/4 cup finely minced
