What keeps flavor more, frozen

herbs or dried or is the flavor about the same? I dry mine, lol not that I have tons to dry. I do like to dry basil, parsley and dill, it would be quicker and take up less space if I froze them.

I believe the frozen keep flavor the best but dried is always good.

Thanks Cheryl! Yes I also rub them together to release the flavor. I did notice your post on how to freeze, that what made me think to ask about the flavor once frozen. I'll have to try freezing besides drying...

I do most of my fresh herbs as frozen, but reserve seasoning mixes that contain some herbs store bought in containers.
