Would anyone have any idea how long is the shelf lives of opened products - ones that dont have dates( mayonaise, ketchup, fruit juice, jelly etc...)? Any web sites?

Thanks,

I did a Google search and came up with this website: www.hormel.com/templates/knowledge

that had all kinds of products shelf lives listed.

According to their charts products like mayo keep up to 2 months in the refrigerator, ketchup, mustard, pickles and relishes keep 4-6 months, commercially prepared salad dressings keep up to 3 months, and jams, preserves and jellies keep up to 6 months.

We use our stuff so often I don't have to worry about it going bad<<<<

Yep that's how things are here too. It was interesting to see though how long some of the recommended shelf lives were on products.

Shucks, I could read the questions, but couldn't post for several days.
