Can anyone give me advice on how to cook a 6 lb. eye of round roast beef? I normally put my meat in the oven at 325 for 2 hours for a 3 lb. piece of meat.

My question is if I don't want it rare inside, how long should I cook this? And is it a good idea to cut this large piece of meat in half?
