I used to get two days of positive opk's each cycle.

Get the monitor! This has happened to me soooo many times. I finally got to the point where I was so fed up with OPKs that I had to splurge and get the monitor. It actually happened to me this cycle. On one of my peak days, I decided to take an OPK for the hell of it. It was negative! I was like, WHAT THE FFFF?

I have the digital opks and have oposite problem. I got 3 days of +!!! One on cd8,9.......and another on 14....I am thinking of getting monitor now as well.

Lex, will the monitor work even if I consistently O pretty late, like CD23-28?

Yes, but the first cycle you will probably have to use a lot of test sticks. Then once it adapts to your cycle you will use less and less sticks each month.

Thanks, yeah, I have been thinking about getting the monitor. I especially hate holding my pee for 4 hours for the opk's, haha.

Im a lurker but wanted to let you know that i used OPK's and never got a positive and ended up pregnant the same month!

I never didn't get a positive sometimes it was just way later in the month, I second the monitor, I love mine, it has always been right on with my positive opk days and I temped too just to confirm lol I don't know how weird you are about used, but I have always got mine off of ebay and then bought new sticks, so I usually get my monitor for around $30 and look up the instructions online for how to reset it, this is my 3rd monitor, always get back what I paid or more in resale on ebay also, so that is an option.
