Well i have a 4 year old VERY picky & a 1 year old that will eat pretty much anything...Any of you ladies have any recipe ideas? BTW i aint a great cook so the simpler the better lol Thanks ladies!

my little girl she eats more snacks then meals...she likes ham, carrots (cooked or raw), corn, rice, apples, strawberries, blueberries, hot dogs, but she won't eat meat alot...even if we are having Mcdonalds :S

As a semi-vegetarian for a while (until I was introduced to elk and venison) I feel we put way too much emphasis on MEAT. An adult serving of meat is 3-6 ounces, which is roughly the size of your palm/deck of cards. And you only need 2-3 servings of it. Also 2 TBSP of peanut butter is a serving of protein.

He he, I'm truthfully not that fond of PB either. I feel its only purpose is too keep the jelly/jam on the sandwich.
