For smaller ones, we slice them the long wayand marinate in lemon juice and soy sauce. Thenwe grill until tender. Yellow crookneck or straightneck squash are good this way too.
Last night we were too busy to grill, so I bakedthe marinated squash. It was just as good and way less trouble.
I've made a zucchini-carrot bread that was reallygood also.
I'm thinking about stuffing some tonight.
My neighbor usually shares zucchini with me every year and I always take every bit of it for zucchini bread. I'll freeze the loaves and enjoy them all winter.
I have been known to put some in a foil pack on the grill, however.

I have only used it three ways, but want to try more because I love zucchini and yellow squash.
