Today I was on a mission to reclaim my small spaces.

If its something I use regularly, it stays out on the counters. If it get used rarely, it gets put away somewhere :)

The food container thing, we went through mine and my mothers items when we moved in with them. Any spare mismatched lids and small containers went into a drawer for Quinn (and got marked with a black X so I knew where they went). Large containers were recycled or kept, depending on how many uses we could come up with in about 30 seconds.

I don't usually save my butter tubs and such, but I also don't have a whole lot of them in the house. I also don't host large family meals (I don't have the room for all of DH's family, either) so I don't have much use for them if I was too.
