We were driving home from a soccer game Saturday night and we passed three different food trucks parked on the side of the road.

Here they are called "Roach Coach" and we mostly see them in the industrial park, selling lunch items to factory workers.

When we lived in Hawaii I worked at the airport and
we saw it there daily. They would also turn up at
beaches and sell snacks and beach gear.

In this area I've seen a Thai one and a couple of
Mexican ones. I've never bought.

We've got them, even had them on the high school campus for Cinco de Mayo celebrations, but given that they sell almost exclusively spicy hot Mexican food here, I've never purchased from them.

WAY BACK in the dark ages, I started 8th grade at a school that was under construction.

Those are as weird as some of the BBQ cookers we see in Memphis!
