I love avocado, but I'm not sure about frosting!
I've been wondering that myself. I finally googled it and found
gluten free coconut lime cupcakes with avocado buttercream frosting.
So that's one option.
Option 2 calls for a chocolate-avocado cake.
I was at the grocery store today and a fellow shopper needed some help
getting the artichoke hearts down from an upper shelf. I helped her out
with that, and she said she likes to put the quartered ones in cakes. She
also said that artichokes are the only food that cleans your liver. (Not
mine, thank-you very much.) I didn't argue it with her, but this seems like
the right place to bring it up.
