Sometime on Monday. I'm going to my neighbours cottage in Vermont this weekend. We are leaving Friday afternoon and won't get back until late Sunday night. I'm looking forward to it- no phones, no computers, local tv only (which is more than I get at home, lol). And I'm taking Piper with me - she's taking the big plunge across the border. lol She's just going to love sitting in the sunroom watching the birdies. :) And I'm going to try to stock up on some Cabot cheese - I've become addicted to their seriously sharp cheddar (rayeellen came to visit in March and brought me a 2 shopping bags full of cheese - of course some of it was for Piper, lol). And I'm bringing some knitting and my bf's baord game (settler's of catan - I'm addicted, lol). And I'm going to eat nothing but grilled food all weekend... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Not quite yet but getting very close to it. I don't think I'll be picking up any more of the Haberno cheese though. It was sooooo good but it gave me wicked heartburn! And Piper can't eat it obviously. I remember it was the first one I opened and I had to open another at the same time so that she could get her cheese fix. lol But like i've said - i've become addicted to the seriously sharp cheddar. It's ssooooooooooooooo yummy.

It's Cabot cheese Momma. From Vermont. Very yummy. Their website is

http://www.cabotcheese.com

If they don't have it in your local stores you can order online. I remember Julia and Denise used to rave about it and now that I've tried it I definately understand. And yes, you are allowed to use it in sandwiches. lol (although it's pretty darned good just on its own too!)

I really like their sharp cheddar but the flavoured ones are good too. But be warned - the haberno is HOT!

Very yummy - very addictive!

You lucky thing! I guess you're already gone by this time. Have a great trip and I can't wait to hear all about it when you get back.
