and, oh my! It really is good. But, make sure you chill it before eating. The flavors develop in the fridge. I had a hard time not just eating it by itself.

Oh man, that sounds soooo good! I have a hard time finding fresh basil in my grocery store, i can't figure that one out.. i guess i'll have to go searching! Thanks for letting me know... i can just taste this on a piece of pita bread!

All the mayo recipies sound just yummy! What did you use this one on? I just picked up a bunch of fresh basil and did not know what I was going to make with it. I think I will give this a try.

I made a tomato sandwich, and used it as the spread. I also used it on toasted whole wheat pita bread.
