At least I was close, lol. I told you my brain wasn't functioning. Still isn't. Darn hurricane in the Atlantic!

How did your hog come to have this accident that broke his snout??(lol) I think I'd keep mine in the basement too if I had one!(lol) Even withOUT a broken nose!!

Daisy, we live in a bedroom community just outside Little Rock, which is about in the middle of the state.....Jonesboro is in the North Eastern part of the state. Where we are there are lots of hills and small mountains. Pinnacle Mountain is just south of where we live.

What is this I read...another cropper??? I am totally scrapbook addicted. Love the paper piecing. My latest passion is blocking with stencils. I have been into it since DD was 4 months old. I go to a 6pm-2am crop every other Friday night. It's my "happy place".

Yup, I'm addicted too. Just found out tonight that one of the ladies I cropped with the last time (my first and only crop so far) is going to be out of town for that time. Oh well!

Jo,

I used to care if my friends were cropping too, but then one time my friend (not that close) cancelled w/out telling me and I was there 8 hours by myself. Once I got working I didn't mind at all. That was the last time I avoided going if no one I know was going to be there too. I have met a new group of 'croppin pals' since then. They, like me, never miss a Friday. One of my old crew just ask me last night if I was going next Firday. I am, but have already made plans to sit and eat with my new group. Old friend isn't going to like it, but I'm not shunning the new group for her.

Seems like I just rambled on there. Anyway, I love to scrapbook. You know of any good layout web sites? I like dmarie and paperkuts.

I like lifetimemoments.com. I've also been on scrapjazz.com but not too much. You wouldn't happen to know where I can get some really really cheap, ($-wise) patterned paper, would you?

Not online. We have two scrapbooking stores in my town and they both have paper sales about every 6 weeks. They sell for .15 a sheet then. I load up then. Sorry I'm no help.

Wow, that's cheap! I'm assuming that's printed paper and not cardstock, or is it both? If I ask really nicely one day, could you possibly pick me up some? I'll have to wait a while though. I have some coming to me from a contest I won on another board, so I'll have to see what I get from that.
