Went to the therapist for the first time yesterday.
Hello and welcome to the board. I had done some DBT therapy with an old tdoc in the past year. It does have it's benefits, and is a good tool to use to help with difficult situations. This mindfullness can even help with pain control, so I think it is a good therapy to be aware of.
