Shepard's Pie????

Hi Kelly - - I went searching for a recipe and I posted a recipe I found that sounded the most adaptable. You can switch around veggies or soups, add cheese, etc. It sounds pretty easy and yummy. Of course, to me, anything with mashed potatoes is yummy! :o)
