Okay, so after all the hype on this board, I finally made the potato chip cookies last night for my roommate and I. She was a little skeptical, but when they came out of the oven and we tasted them - YUMMM! They were super easy to make, too. And they were SO GOOD. And I'm sure they are low-fat (lol)!

Yeah, and did you dip them in some melted "low-fat" chocolate?(lol)....that's what we did just to ENSURE that they were low-cal treats!(lol)

Actually, I made them because I had no chocolate in the house and I needed something sweet after dinner. I'll definitely try the chocolate next time!
