I'm just heating up my leftover tuna casserole.....it's funny how food brings back memories...I used to fix that when my husbands boy was small and he would always help with making biscuits and he would make biscuit sandwiches out of the tuna casserole.

I made a sweet potato casserole yesterday so we will have that again and probably chicken. I have those frozen stuffed chicken breasts. They are stuffed with spinach and cheese. They are prety good and DH likes them.

I have church tonight, so I'll be eating out. I don't get to go home between work and church.

I do have to add that I remembered that I had fresh broccoli to use up last night, so I made the broccoli noodle supreme for dinner and it was outstanding! This board should be called "Quick and Easy and YUMMY". Thanks for another great recipe.

I just finished my lunch of leftovers - yum! And this was such an easy recipe. And most of the ingredients are ones that I always have in the house.

The recipe is called Easy Dinner Surprise. And it is one of my favorites!! Its stew meat with cream of mushroom, cream of celery soups, dry onion soup and mushrooms all together in the crock pot all day. I usually serve it over noodles. Yummy!! If its saucy, meaty over noodles/pasta I'm all set!! I've posted the recipe below.

Amy - who can't wait for dinner tonight!

Yeah. I got them at Gordon Food Services (it's like a restaurant supply store). I don't remember the brand though b/c I had to throw the box out so they would fit in my freezer ;o)

They also had them stuffed with broccoli and cheese and a cordon bleu type one.
