I'm having a Pampered Chef party tonight, so while I am cleaning the house today I will have chicken on the stove, making Chicken Corn Chowder. That way, as soon as kids/hubby get home, we can just grab dinner - plus, I don't have to "make" dinner at dinnertime, I can just have it on the stove thru-out the day.

Hey! I actually planned for tonights dinner! I am going to make gnocchi (not homemade) with either homemade alfredo sauce or marinara sauce that I already have made. DH prefers alfredo and so do I, but I also have some running around to do after work so I'm not sure how much time I'll have to make the sauce.

I made Gorditas yesterday - made me sick but they tasted so good! I used the Taco Bell Gordita kit from the store. THe zesty ranch sauce was really good with it too!

I am dying for a burger......I don't eat a lot of red meat generally, but once in a while I want a big fat juicy hamburger...and if that's what I want, I prefer to make my own.

Gnocchi is a potato dumpling. It's kind of egg shaped. They are good, but very heavy so you don't need a lot to fill you up.

I *can* work out being pregnant, but I've been so lazy lately and I'm just too exhausted when I get home from work, and that's when I start to feel sick is after work. I know I need to do something because it really does help make you feel better, plus I'm already starting to gain weight! Can't do anything too high impact though. Walking is good, low impact aerobics, stuff like that. THey just don't want you bouncing around too much. A light jog is okay, but they recommend not too much running. Also, it depends on what your body is already used to b/c they recommend not starting anything new except for walking.

I think I will do the alfredo sauce tonight...it does taste better and I'm not too concerned about calories right now! I do have to be careful but at the same time, why not indulge if I'm going to get fat anyway!? LOL!!
