Just wanted to tell you I tried the Cuisinart for bread making....

I was going to use your recipe then remembered I had another one for Garlic/rosemary cloverleaf rolls that I'd been kinda wanting to try....
Well, the way you do this with a processor is you mix the flour,salt,egg, butter in the processor and slowly add the liquid....I must have processed it too much cause the darn thing just stopped...it had been shaking and "walking" . . . this was NOT a big recipe...just 3 1/2 cups of flour....supposed to be able to handle that....So, I took it out of the bowl to knead, but It seemed just fine, so went ahead with the rising....and they turned out WOnderful.
I just wish I knew why the darn thing was acting like it was overworked because it should not have trouble with that amount of dough.

YES for SURE I will try that recipe.....and if it works for me TOO, I'll do it Thanksgiving inSTEAD of buying rolls to take.
