It's another barely warm hot-dog, overtime night for me.
VENISON!!!!!!!
It has been y-e-a-r-s since I've had it, and that wasn't even just the straight meat, but rather done as a sausage so it was heavily seasoned, but I still loved it! A friend of ours hunts, and when I heard that he recently got a big one, I jokingly told hubby to get us some of the meat. Next thing I know, the guy had sent home a venison roast, for ME! lol So, that's what I am making tonight. I can't wait!!!!
(I just hope that the smell of it in the house all day doesn't bother Tristan -- he's home sick today after a nasty incident this morning. ewwwww........lol)

I am just at a real loss today as far as deciding....I want something filling and low-cal/low-fat.
Daisy....I just may do a stir-fry too....I have some veggies but no Chicken~(lol)
I'm thinking about trying Sacha's Sweet and sour sauce to go on top of stir-fried carrots/peppers/onions...and some rice...
We'll see....
