I have bad anxiety too, so I can relate ((hugs))! One thing that helps me is cutting caffeine out of my diet completely. It is really hard at first, but worth it in the long run. Maybe you could make a list of situations where your anxiety has been bad and mention them all to your Dr. Sometimes when I'm at the pdoc's office, I have a million things to talk about and limited time so I make a list of key points on my phone. Do you feel the lorazepam is helping the anxiety? Maybe he could adjust the dose or try another benzo like Xanax or Clonazepam. Do you have general anxiety? KUP!
