Hi Jodie,

It sounds like your relatives are really excited about seeing your children this summer and have some exciting things planned.

Oh gosh, I didn't realize they are so young, I can really understand your concern now.

Hey Jodie,

I know this is a hard decision to make because the kids are so young, but you said you are having a very rough time and without a whole lot of support from your in-laws, this is probably the best thing to do. You can call the kids and talk to them. They will miss you, but I do not believe this will do any permanent damage to them. It will give you some time to go to work, and then rest when you come home.

In addition, you will be giving your family a wonderful gift of being able to spend time with the kids. I can tell my your post your family is excited and miss the kids, and like you said this will be the first time they get to see Brendan.

Hugs sweetie, I know it will not be easy, but you need time to get better and this may help you regroup.
