I was looking through my Heirloom Recipes cookbook and found a recipe for Breakfast Cookies (posted below).

Never heard of it, but it reminds me of a funny story that my next door neighbor told me.

I swear I used to get something like that from the Schwan Man - It was microwaveable, eat on the run and very good. All sealed in a crusty thing. I have ask him and he looks at me like I am Nuts - Maybe I am !

I have bulk sausage in the fridge and that sounds so good-

My boss' kids have been making grilled ham and cheese and cooking them dipped in an egg/milk mixture for breakfast - they are very good!

Let us know what you come up with !

Renee =)

Tracy I think bisquik.com might have something that you are looking for.

It was either there or at allrecipes.com where I saw the recipe.

I make something made of eggs, sausage, cheese, bell peppers or whatever I want in it.

I use a cupcake tin with cupcake papers and fill them about 3/4 full with the egg mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 til done.

One of those websites though has one where you use bisquik and its almost the same method but I've never tried it.

Anyways the ones I make I put them in ziplock and freeze them. Everyone loves them nuked up. I've also peeled the cupcake paper off and sliced them in half and made McMuffins with them.

i *LOVE* Q&E breakfasts - other than the usual bowl of fruit loops - for my kids!

ROFL! My 2 1/2yo DD won't eat a hamburger either...she will only eat Krabby Patties a la Sponge Bob. One day she saw my DH eating an In & Out Burger and she was like "Daddy! Can I have some Krabby Patty?!"

ROFL!
