I have noticed that my hands are rough, red, itch/hurt because they are so dry and cracked!

Great article! I never thought to use nail glue to help close up cracks on hands. i work with Eucerin and we've seen a lot of people buying Aquaphor Healing Ointment to

I use nail glue when my feet crack and once in a while on my hands but a lot of my dry cracked hand problem is due to excema unfortunately and nail glue can burn. Gold Bond has helped me but I'll give Eucerin a try!

Thank you! Rather pricey though! They are charging $9.99 just for shipping!

Hi Donna
my hands and nails (cuticles especially) are much drier in the winter too. I try to keep the heat turned down in my home and air out to boost moisture but one can just do so much. I use hand cream a lot but what I find that really works is: some thin cotton gloves that I put on after putting on a heavy layer of gooky hand cream (so that the mess doesn't get all over the pillowcase) and so that the hands are warm and it works into the skin better. That really helps. I keep it all right in my night stand and when in bed, I slather the cream on my hands and foot cream on my heels and then on with the gloves.

Hi Suzan - my mother used to do what you do - I totally forgot!
