How Did Week 2 Go?

Curious as to how my fellow challenge-takers are fairing during week 2. Are you going strong? Did you falter? Are you starting to see results?
As for me, I'm about 100 calories over my target weekly intake due to a fast food slip-up on Friday evening as it was DH cheat day prior to taking a 6 week fitness challenge of his own.
On the excercise side of the story, I did my 2.5 hours of cardio including a 60 minute spin class I took today, that I wasn't able to get space in last week. I did a weight training class on Thursday which was great but my arm muscles are still on the mend, so in the end I would say I only did 1.5 full body weight training workouts.
A few setbacks in the food and exercise portions, but I'm happy to report that the hard works been paying off. I've lost 3 pounds
