Hi all..

As I posted on another discussion I am looking for a new job closer to home and out of what I normally do.

Wow I have been following your tales of this place for quite some time, but this one really takes the cake. I'm not one to become best friends with everyone I work with (management or coworker), but no talking period? That is ridiculous. I'm glad you're being proactive about getting out of there. It'll take time, but don't get discouraged.... escape will come.

You know, at this point, I'd be happy just to have a job. I've been looking for a year now with no luck in anything.

Your managers can't talk to you if it's not work-related? So what? What in your personal life is so important that you have to bring it to work? The point of being at work is to work. If you don't want your job, I'll gladly take it.

None of the manager's business how my day was. I don't know about nowadays, but the Army really wasn't so much different, so I'm still unsympathetic towards your "plight." You sound like the job is more beneath you than it is tough, but what you do isn't my call :p

Wow....Not quite sure where you are getting the job is beneath me. I guess the 43 people that have walked out/quit the company in the past 5 months was beneath them as well? This is per HR not a made up number. Yes 43 people have left the company, This does not include the people that have been fired.... 5 off the top of my head in the last 2 months. I really do hope you find employment soon.. really I do.
