Ok, I don't know what's going on but I've made quiche cups the last two weeks with the recipe from the book and all I can say is YUCK!

I haven't looked at that recipe in ages, but personally, I prefer lots of stuff in my quiche cups, and not as much egg. Spinach, onion, and turkey sausage is my favorite.
Maybe I need to make some this weekend; thanks for the idea!

Yes, they definitely some chopped turkey bacon, canadian bacon, lean ham or turkey sausage for flavor.

I'm late chiming in here, but I've been making these the last few weeks, and my favorite ingredients are spinach or broccoli with red pepper and onion, some tobasco, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper, and 2 tablespoons or so of grated Parmesan cheese. Like Joy, I prefer more "stuff" than eggs in my quiche cups. HTH!

I can't wait to make quiche cups today! I actually logged onto the board just to find the quiche recipes (there was one from 2003 that I used to make here somewhere). I like a lot of "stuff" in mine too, mushroom, onion, spinach, tomato, sour cream, cheese. I used to love the turkey bacon, but I need to do a little research on the best brand to buy these days.

Aimalac, I like your idea of red pepper sauce!

I stick to Butterball turkey bacon. I like the flavor the best.
