January wasn't TOO bad to me. I went back to exercising consistently, I rejoined Weight Watchers AND I got out of the 150s! I will admit that this past week between my cold and being cocky at my 5 lb weight loss for the month I didn't track or care like I should have so now I am definitely back on track - this morning's slight weight gain for my weekly weigh-in

Feb 1-5
Food wasn't that great but here are the workouts for last week:
Wed - 30 Day Shred, 30 min run
Thu - 30 Day Shred, 30 min walk
Fri - NONE
Sat - 30 Day Shred Level 3!!
Sun - NONE
NOW - I'm back on plan with tracking my weight watchers food this week because I've pretty much used up all of my "extra" points for the week with last night's superbowl snacks!
I'm with Miranda - 60 min a day 6x a week better produce results. I've heard those 60min are pretty intense to! It sounds like you know how to fit it into your schedule though. I'm excited to see what you think of it!
Is it a 6week program or a 12w program...I can't remember?

I'll say. The yoga dvd is 90 sminutes!!! I don't know how often I'll actually do that one - I may substitute my own Pilates dvds on those days!
