In 2008, I began my journey to lose weight, and I was terrified to run. One of the first challenges I faced on The Biggest Loser was running on the treadmill - my worst nightmare. I could only “run” for a few seconds at most - and it was really more like a slow jog.
This year, I completed an Ironman Competition which included an entire marathon (over 26 miles), plus over two miles of swimming and over 100 miles of biking. Was I scared to do it? Of course. But I did it and you can too!
