Aw... Did you cry? I think I probably will. I cried on the first day of kindergarten (quietly and to myself in the car). Do the schools by you do registrations this early all the time? Our school had an early registration a couple of weeks ago, too.

No, but I am a bit sad but mostly super excited for him!! He will love HS. He was recommended for Honors everything. He choose not to take H English, since he has 2 H classes that are sophmore classes and he wants to go out for football and lacrosse, we were afraid that it would be too much work. I did get sniffly at Kindergarden for both kids, apprehensive for both kids in Junior High, but so super excited for high school and now college for my dd.

I forgot to answer you about early registration, the high school does it this early so they can be sure they have classes, teachers, etc... lined up. The grammar school early registration is in April.
