Do you care at all about candidates' wives?

I started watching these videos about the Republican candidates' wives and thought "Huh, I really don't care much." then quickly realized that it's probably because I don't care for the candidates themselves. Obviously the wives are not the ones who will be running the country, but there is something to be said about who a person chooses for his partner in life.

No can't say I'm interested in any of them. In 2008, I didn't like Mrs. Obama. I'm not wild about her, but I'm sure she is much better then any of the others would be.

I haven't looked at them...I don't like Newt's wife hair :) As a conservative I am not thrilled with any of them running, with maybe the exception of Ron Paul....and I liked Cain....I am still going through what the candidates are about and haven't thought about their wives.

I know a little about Romney's wife and Santorum's wife because they've been in the news the most but I don't pay much attention to them now....

The only time I cared about a potential president's wife was with Al Gore. I absolutely couldn't stand Tipper after her PMRC stuff.

I agree about Callista's hair. She has the funkiest helmet hair I've ever seen.

Well, I have to admit that when I first saw photos of Mrs. Gingrich, I wondered if Mr. Gingrich was actually clear on the concept of a "trophy wife."
