Just today I am struggling, my husband made homemade ice cream for my mom's bday party. It is one of my absolute favs and I can't have any because of the raw eggs in it. :o(

Oh, that's rough! It is hard when there is something so very tasty right in front of you and you know that you can't have any! Hopefully you found an alternative so you didn't feel too deprived!

Proper hollandiase sauce has cooked eggs, well you heat them up until they are no longer
