I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced this. Does anyone have a significant other who plays mind games back and forth and you realize this in the middle of a heated debate? Uncalled for acqusations?

I have been married for 29 years and I know that I have experienced this prob the whole time. I have often blamed myself for pretending and am still married, but I am now trying to respect me for being an intelligent woman and working hard to forgive myself for allowing these things to damage my being. I am trying to get in shape mentally and physically. I suggest council or if you are not in too deep, you may have to eliminate people like from your life. Good Luck It is not easy but love yourself first!
