I'm in a much better mood today :)
Working for a bit this afternoon, so thought I'd pop in and update my journal before I forget what I did yesterday!
(Late) Breakfast: Light & Fit yogurt w/ blackberries; 1 of 2 kashi bars in pkg
Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L
Lunch: Homemade egg salad on pumpernickel rye; mixed greens w/ EVOO and vinegar; big glass of skim milk
Snack: an orange
Dinner: Threw porkloin chops, SF orange marmalade, soy sauce, a squirt of sriracha, rice wine vinegar and a splash of chicken broth in the cp; had with steamed broccoli
We went out last night to hear a country cover band - it was fun!
This week has been crazy so far at work - too many calls, meetings and BS, quite frankly! LOL
Wow - it's hard to believe I quit smoking 1 year ago today!
Stopping in early, or I'll never get here with how my schedule is today!
