We love chicken 'cuz it is so versatile! Stuffed chicken breast are yummy & we put just about anything in them. I did real fried chicken for the first time in 8 or 10 years recently...soooo good, but definitely not on our regular meal plan! DH face is lemon pepper grilled chicken. The guys like salsa chicken in the crockpot, then made into tacos, burritos, enchiladas or nachos. Chicken & dumplings or pot pie...
Usually baked or bbqed here, Although once in a blue moon we fry it ::blush:: However my friend gave me a new *healthier* fried chicken recipe that we are going to try this weekend :)
I'll often buy a whole chicken, let it cook in the crock pot all day, then use the dark meat for chicken enchiladas and save the white for a stir fry a day or two later. DH likes to make chicken parmesan, but it has always seemed like too much work for me! I also make chicken noodle soup or chicken & matzoh ball soup.
I like to grill or bbq chicken breasts/wings and experiment with different sauces or marinades. Chicken tortilla soup is also a favorite recipe year round. If I ever bake chicken is usually just the wings, unless for some reason I have a hankering for a cornish hen. I don't fry chicken much, but once in awhile I like to go out for fried chicken.
In the winter a favorite chicken dish baked with cream of mushroom or chicken soup...Brown chicken breasts, add a can of either, thin the soup some, add some garlic pepper...and bake an hour or so...so tender...and the juice is good on potatoes, or pasta.

Emily Post said it's OK to eat chicken with your fingers, if you are a Southern gal.
