Thank you for sharing.. I have never been on the fence myself, after watching what my friends have gone through themselves.
It is sad that your kids aren't more involved with you after all you had done for them. Ive seen this happen with other people and its too bad.
And now after watching my bf with his kids when he has them, sealed my decision. I did the right thing and I have no regrets. Just like you said, I can't miss what I never had.
Why do you assume they don't like you? They are adults and have their own lives, just because they don't call you often doesn't mean they don't like you.
I have to agree with a previous poster, if your children turned out the way YOU wanted them to, I'm sure life would be rosy.
