Swollen Labia and clitoris

Hi

So this may be TMI for some but I would like some thoughts on this! I am 24, in good health, no current yeast infections or any other issues down below. But out of nowhere earlier this evening, I was sitting doing some school work and randomly out of nowhere became slightly itch down below, nothing that concerned me though, it just seemed like a general itch that had to be scratched lol well the itch wouldn't go away, it didn't burn or anything just super itchy. After about 20 min/half an hour of this it went away. When I finished studying I went to have a shower, once I was un dressed I looked down and noticed my clitoris and inner lips/labia were really really really swollen!! I used my little mirror to get a better look and it almost looked as though my lips were going to burst! They were huge, and swollen to the point they had a shine to them!! i still wasn't itchy anymore. I hopped in the shower and thought maybe the hot water would help it subside,but even now hours later its still swollenWhat happened? Like I said now its just swollen, no more itch,no burning,no odor, no weird discharge...
