Hehe, seems like everything some days! Wheat Barley Milk shellfish pecans cats (uh, I have 4, my bad!) dogs (2 here) birds (only 1! and its a pigeon, so hardly any dander at all!) pollen (but just trees and weeds, lol) dust roaches Lilies sunflowers work... o.k. maybe I made that up, but come on! My allergist did tell me NOT to clean my house or do yard work, as it would only make me sick. He's my favorite doc, EVER! He said all this in front of both of my kids, so I have witnesses, though he wouldn't write me a note. He also said I should live on the beach, but I haven't convinced my insurance company to cover one beach condo!
I'm allergic to CATS! Just being around them for any amount of time will give me an asthma attack. Not fun! My in-laws have several cats too. We tend to avoid their home when at all possible.
Welcome to your board! Interesting that you mentioned roaches. They are linked to the increased rates of asthma in inner city children. You might want to read my note about my friend who tested allergic to timothy that I posted in reply to first visit to the allergist....
Sometimes continued exposure keeps your allergies under control, but if you break your exposure you will loose your antibody memory and the next time you come in contact you will have a severe reaction. Just a thought since you work with what you are allergic to successfully.

some molds (I break out into a rash on my arms when I pick veg from the mold that grows on the leaves of things like green beans)

and am sensitive to eggs (not a full-blow allergy but it does cause nasty symptoms if I eat an egg anywhere near soft-cooked!).

Hi Karla!
I have allergies to trees, dust mites and mold.
I like the allergy to office work and housework. Let's see if we can devise a test for that. I'm all for that LOL.
Thanks for visitng our board and please feel free to come again...
