Been working as a nurse for about 18 years. Wanna change jobs. What do I do now?

I've been a nurse for over 18 years. I am really wanting a break, something new. Where do I go from here? I am really burnt out. I feel I am getting to old for the 12 to 14 hr days and swing shifts. Around here office jobs are for the LPN's, so what's an RN to do? Any suggestions?
